Tim Prince designed Timyoga to ensure that anyone can practice yoga. The beginner classes will allow you to learn yoga by seeing and hearing the poses. The other classes do not have the students following the teacher. Instead, the teacher will be instructing the student how to move. The student is free to move however her/his body naturally moves. These yoga classes will involve movement, balance, and strength. Students should expect to use muscles and sweat. Timyoga is based on Tim’s mentors’; Tommy Mack and Kara Baruzzini.
