Class Descriptions

All classes are on Zoom. Depending on your space, the teacher would like to see as much of you as possible. This will allow the teacher to make suggestions to improve your poses.

Beginner Basic - These classes will teach you many of the poses necessary to take other Timyoga offerings. Each class will have poses from other classes and new ones too. This class will mainly involve continuous instruction and demonstration from the teacher with some free flow time. 35-45 minute class. Students can continue to take these classes for as long as they want.

Timyasa - This is the next step after beginner basic or for someone who wants an easier “vinyasa” flow. Timyasa flows will be based on the poses taught in the Beginner Basic classes. Each Timyasa class will be the same for 3 weeks.There will be free flow time. 50-55 minute class.

Vinyasa - This is the most difficult class at Timyoga. A knowledge of yoga poses is necessary.. Vinyasa classes will be different each time. There will be ample free flow time. 60 minute class.
